Description : The project involves converting an old shop, located in the heart of the old town of Limassol, into student accommodation. The transformation will consist of four small units, each measuring 17 square meters, featuring mezzanines. The exterior will be clad in stone, allowing the building to blend harmoniously with the surrounding area. Internally, an industrial design theme has been chosen. The design focuses on detail, ensuring every corner is crafted to offer maximum ergonomic solutions and adapt to the modern city lifestyle.
